Dr Param Singh, Ph.D

Dr Param Singh is the driving force behind Nhiru® The Lifestyle Organics, a wellness brand rooted in scientific integrity, sustainability and plant-based innovation. With a Ph.D. in Entomology and more than three decades of research and product development experience, Dr Singh bridges the worlds of biochemistry, botany and natural perfumery to create functional, evidence-based wellness solutions.

His approach is both holistic and deeply technical, uniting ancient plant wisdom with modern delivery technologies such as liposomes, niosomes and microencapsulation to ensure enhanced bioavailability and therapeutic benefit. Nhiru formulations are designed to support emotional, physical and neurological wellbeing across multiple applications, including skincare, superfoods, functional fragrances and advanced topical systems.

As a certified natural perfumer and aromachologist, Dr Singh trained with the International Perfume Foundation in Paris and has studied with leading global institutions in botanical and lipid science. He is also a member of several respected international professional bodies within the perfumery and wellness disciplines. His pioneering work focuses on plant molecules that influence neurotransmitter activity, reduce inflammation and strengthen mental resilience.

What distinguishes Dr Singh further is his multi-modal therapeutic methodology. He formulates with a sophisticated blend of essential oils, carrier oils and topical bases, creating products suitable for olfactory, tactile, oral and sublingual applications, depending on the intended purpose and efficacy goals. Every formulation is developed with careful consideration of global regulatory frameworks, including IFRA and TGA standards where relevant.

Beyond product innovation, Dr Singh is a strategic consultant within the wellness sector, advising SPAs, gyms and luxury hospitality groups on integrated wellness experiences, including in-room sensory and therapeutic concepts. His vision for Nhiru continues to expand, with a growing portfolio that includes living nutrition, supplements, perfumery, topical skincare incorporating advanced concepts such as exosomes and niosomes, and functional drinks designed to support everyday wellbeing.

Collaborating with scientists worldwide, Dr Singh aims to bring global innovation down under, delivering advanced, science-led wellness solutions to consumers across Oceania through a single, trusted platform.

Living with chronic pain and supporting family members with autoimmune conditions, Dr Singh’s mission is deeply personal.
